Pipe expansion joint insulation jackets are custom-fabricated removable thermal covers engineered specifically to fit flexible pipe expansion joints, bellows, and thermal compensators in high-temperature piping networks. Because expansion joints must absorb continuous thermal expansion, contraction, and mechanical vibration, traditional rigid stay-in-place insulation cannot be used, often leaving these critical joints uninsulated and causing massive energy waste. Constructed from high-temperature resistant coated fiberglass outer fabrics and filled with flexible, high-efficiency thermal insulation blankets, these removable jackets accommodate movement while eliminating radiant heat loss and protecting system integrity.
